Overview:

Our client, a Global Manufacturer based in Akron, OH is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team for a Long Term 12+ Month Contract Engagement working on a special project. We need an experienced Accounting Manager with at least 8+ years of accounting experience in a large manufacturing environment, who also has experience managing a team.

This project can be done on a hybrid basis (3-days per week on-site in Akron, other 2-days remote from home.) Candidates must live within commuting distance. Generous Hourly Pay Rate.

Our consultants are hired as W-2 employees and are paid on an hourly basis though our regular weekly payroll. Health Benefits are also available.

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• 8+ years of Accounting Experience working in a Large Manufacturing Company environment (including Journal Entries, Account Reconciliations, Month-End Closings, etc.)

• Management Experience overseeing a team.

• SAP (or other Accounting ERP) experience.

• Cost Accounting experience would be a plus.

• Project Management experience would be a plus.
