Como Analista Jr. en People Services, reportando al area de GBS (Global Business Solutions), las principales responsabilidades del rol serán:

• Gestión de políticas para empleados:Reintegro de formación académica.

• Soporte en actividades de Onboarding & Offboarding.

• Gestionar el presupuesto del área GBS Talent Services en Argentina.

• Gestionar la administración documental de empleados, seguimiento y control del mismo.

• Compliance: Atender auditorías internas y externas validando el cumplimiento de procesos de capacitación.

• Brindar soporte en capacitaciones, entre ello:

→ Relevar necesidades de capacitación de Manufactura.

→ Generar el plan anual de entrenamiento.

→ Coordinar agenda semanal de entrenamientos.

→ Gestionar registros de entrenamiento en el sistema global.

→ Generar reportes mensuales de seguimiento de cumplimiento de metas de entrenamiento.

→ Coordinar entrenamientos requeridos para nuevos empleados.

→ Soporte local para entrenamientos regionales/globales

→ Implementación de mejoras en procesos relacionados a capacitaciones.

→ Gestión de servicios y pagos a proveedores por capacitaciones.

Additional Job Description

Requisitos excluyentes:

• Graduados y/o Estudiantes Avanzados de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Recursos Humanos, Relaciones Laborales, o carreras relacionadas, con fecha estimada de graduación máxima para diciembre 2024.

• +2 años de experiencia laboral en tareas relacionadas con la gestión de Recursos Humanos.

• Ingles: Nivel intermedio (B2).

• Manejo intermedio de herramientas de análisis de datos y presentaciones (Excel, PowerPoint).

• Disponibilidad para trabajar de lunes a viernes de forma híbrida (3 veces presencial) en nuestro Complejo Automotor Chevrolet ubicado en Alvear, Santa Fé, Argentina.

Conocimientos deseables:

• Contar con experiencia en PowerBI o aplicación de análisis de datos.

• Conocimiento en idioma Portugués.

Competencias deseables:

• Organización y planificación de tareas y tiempos.

• Proactividad y resolución de problemas.

• Comunicación y buen relacionamiento con clientes internos.
