Internship | Psycology Assessment Solutions

Looking for an internship during your Master's in (Work & Organizational / Arbeids- en Organisatie) Psychology? Do you want to start your internship in March or April 2024?Aon Assessment Solutions accepts interns (and working students) during the entire year to join our team Aon's Assessment Solutions in Amsterdam!

About the internship

As an intern, you will support our consultants with running selection and development projects for various target groups (leadership and individual contributors, local and international).

Your tasks will include the following:

  • Preparing participants' schedules for (virtual)assessment centers,

  • Communication with participants to assist them with queries regarding (online) assessments,

  • Point of contact during virtual assessment centers, assisting with questions from client stakeholders and participants,

  • Rating video interviews as part of assessment center programs,

  • Reviewing personal feedback reports,

  • Preparing data sheets for aggregated group analyses.

You will also have the opportunity to participate in assessment activities (such as watching role plays or group activities).

  • Master student Work & Organizational (Arbeids- en Organisatie) Psychology, (or maybe are an excellent Human Resource Management student)

  • Available for 4 or 5 days a week (4 x 8, 32 hours a week)

  • Interested in recruitment, development, and data analysis

  • Strong attention to detail, customer focus, and a drive to get things done

  • Desire to develop yourself and collaborate with others

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
