The Team

The mission of the Calvin Klein CRM & Membership team aims to build and nurture strong customer relationships by enhancing personalized member experiences. This team plays a crucial role within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) organization by focusing on customer data, engagement, and loyalty initiatives, ensuring that Calvin Klein's DTC channels effectively engage and retain customers to drive brand growth and success.

The Position

You are a key player in the Campaign Management team working on a variety of campaign projects reporting into the CRM Manager. You will be responsible for executing these campaigns from start to finish, connecting all the different parties involved. Most projects will have technical, creative and data related elements with the focus of increasing consumer retention and engagement. There is expectation for you to be skillful in all areas particular with the use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role will enable you to work across other teams and collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Execute CRM Campaign Projects within Calvin Klein:

  • Oversee (email-) marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including drafting briefs, assist in creative kick-off meetings and reviews, managing translations, building emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analyzing performance, and reporting results to key stakeholders. 

Support CRM Initiatives:

  • Execute CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining existing consumers, and rewarding top consumers to boost sales and marketing efforts. 

    Drive Newsletter Success:

  • Enhance the commercial success of scheduled newsletters by generating testing ideas and recommendations following a Test & Learn roadmap. 

Process Improvement:

  • Represent CRM and actively participate in the development and enhancement of project management processes. 

Manage Business Partner Relationships:

  • Foster day-to-day communication and updates with stakeholders across the business. Continuously review and optimize collaboration.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in executing CRM campaigns within email channel.

  • Enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive approach.

  • Affinity for analysis of (email) campaigns.

  • Adequate knowledge of HTML and CSS.

  • Project management skills, experience with tools like Asana, Jira, or similar as a plus.

  • Passion for innovation in marketing automation.

  • Results-driven and fact-based communication style.

  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex priorities and projects. 

Education, Experience, and Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Computer Science)

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing, email marketing, CRM or analytics

  • 1-2 years experience in an international direct to consumer environment

  • Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other email/journey building tools

  • Knowledge in the area of CRM, database and campaign management

  • Preferably knowledge of AMPscript

  • Preferably experience with email metrics
