As a consultant on our Modern Workplace team, you’ll shape, sell and coordinate solutions that address client

challenges. You’ll have an opportunity to focus on areas that stretch across the business—employee experience

strategy and transformation, employee analytics and insights, employee value proposition modernisation,

What you’ll do

• Address client challenges in areas of employee experience strategy and transformation, employee analytics

and insights, employee value proposition modernisation, workforce transformation, culture change and

physical workplace design

• Develop employee and team-centric experiences using data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity

improvement and retention of top talent

• Develop and evolve future focused workforce and organisation transformation strategies, propositions and

solutions

• Drive cultural and operating model change as part of the transition to a high-performing, employee-centric

modern workplace

• Support modern workplace practice leadership on client engagements

Skills and experiences

• Previous consulting or advisory experience with strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills

• An understanding of how to collect and generate insight from quantitative and qualitative data

• Partnering with executive level clients, assessing client's goals and objectives and the ability to translate ideas

into strategic and practical solutions

Other desired skills include:

• Application of design thinking principles and methodologies

• Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies (artificial intelligence, 5G, Internet of Things, machine learning,

blockchain)
