Philips Partner Compliance Screening Analyst (RCA and CEE Region) in Amsterdam, Netherlands

The Partner Compliance Screenings Analyst is responsible for end-to-end execution Third Party screenings in line with Philips procedures and systems. The job is to perform third-party research (including knowledge of the available public record information sources which may be relevant), record your findings, and propose mitigating actions for ABAC/ECS risks identified. The Partner Compliance Screenings team operates as a global team with over 15 different nationalities in three locations around the globe: Amsterdam, Panama, and Shanghai.

In your role you will:

  • Perform Third-Party Screenings by doing desktop searches in various sources and languages and report back in line with Philips procedures.

  • Analyze and determine compliance, legal, strategic, operational risks associated with third parties, and place findings in the appropriate country and industry context.

  • Interact with, engage with, and manage different stakeholders across the company and organization during the Due Diligence Process, while successfully driving a sensitive process.

  • Discuss and report findings and conclusions and propose mitigation actions (in line with Philips procedures) with senior management.

  • Document findings and conclusions in line with the prescribed tools and methods, and present written clear and concise reports.

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects of the Third-Party screenings process.

You're the right fit if you have:

  • Min 2-3 years of experience and knowledge of DD Screening methodology and/or experience working with ABAC/ECS screening systems or other Compliance fields.

  • Academic background in a relevant area (e.g. Law, International Relations, Criminology, Journalism, Enterprise Risk Management, etc.).

  • Working proficiency in Russian (oral and written communication skills) - mandatory.

  • Working proficiency in English (oral and written communication skills) - mandatory. A third language will be considered an asset.

  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

  • High level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to deliver results by influencing internal and external partner teams.
