Grundfos Associate Order Execution Specialist in Apodaca, Mexico

What is the job about?

The Associate Order Execution Specialist in Grundfos is responsible for executing spare parts orders in the Americas Region, ensuring efficient after-sales supply chain and timely delivery of customer orders. This role is based in the Mexico sales office and works in collaboration with a global team for planning and order execution of spare parts across five Distribution Centers within Service & Solutions.

This position will report directly to the Global Service DC Planning – Service & Solutions Manager and will operate daily out of the Apodaca, NL facility. Please note that relocation for this position cannot be supported, and qualified candidates must have authorization to work in Mexico without support.

Your main responsibilities:

Manage customer service complaints in aftersales securing delivering of spare parts towards customers within America by being accountable for followings processes/tasks:

  • Handle CIC tickets submitted by CSSC teams in the region and ensure timely resolution or escalation to meet customer service standards.

  • Assist customers with order tracking and supply chain issues to maintain customer satisfaction, by also troubleshooting EDI issues.

  • Proactive SAP housekeeping to improve supply chain efficiency and enhance customer experience.

  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence team (CoE) to improve supply chain management and optimize processes.

  • Managing return stock from customers according to Group Policies and working with stakeholders towards improvement of the return process.

  • Facilitate close collaboration and problem solving between CSSC, Global Logistics, forwarders and stakeholders globally to ensure efficient order execution.

  • Attend to ad-hoc tasks from line manager or functional teams.

  • Participate in Daily Action Meetings with the 3PLs and track key performance indicators while identifying root causes and escalating to CoE if necessary.

  • Manage the inbound process, resolve issues, follow up with suppliers and convert purchase/stock transport orders for buy to order materials

  • Work together with our DC planning colleagues towards resolution of stock discrepancies and reconciliation.

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics or commercial management plus 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Experience of working with ERP SAP ERP/CRM/BW.

  • Previous experience of Customer Service and working experiences with a 3PL would be key considerations.

  • Highly developed communication skills in English.

  • Analytical & problem solving skills.

  • Knowledge of the Courier Express and LTL transportation business would be useful.
