Job Description

Omni Hotel Atlanta at Centennial Park is seeking a Housing Manager to service and coordinate our H-2B/J-1 Workers Program, Associate Events, and the Health and Benefits program.

Responsibilities

Housing Coordinator Functions:

• Working with Shared Services team on the international recruiting programs to include petitions and recruiting process.

• Coordinate all Housing for international workers. Ensuring all housing information is updated, to include housing spreadsheets, rent deductions, and housing paperwork.

• Handle all transportation needs to include airport pick-ups and relocation to permanent housing.

• May be responsible for sourcing housing for international associates.

• Track and submit weekly housing rent report for payroll deductions.

• Manage departure process to include housing inspections and coordination of security deposit returns.

• Main contact for any concerns involving housing.

  Human Resources Manager Functions:

• Coordinate Annual Health & Wellness Fair, Benefits Open Enrollment, Wellness Initiatives, 401K enrollments, and other programs as appropriate.

• Continually update communications concerning wellness, benefits, discounts, special promotions and fundraiser activities.

• Participates in planning and execution of associate events planned by Human Resources Department.

  Working Environment:

• Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions.

• Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions.

• Flexible and long hours sometimes required. Availability: Must have a flexible schedule; days evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• All other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible with schedule to include some weekends.

• J-1 and H-2B visa recruiting experience strongly preferred.

• Must be willing and able to travel internationally for recruitment.

• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Products with an emphasis on Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to coach, counsel, advise, mentor, and motivate associates and managers at all levels.

• Prior hotel Human Resources experience preferred.

• Bilingual preferred.
