ABOUT THE ROLE 

Jackson Spalding is seeking an enthusiastic social media engagement manager to work with a nationally recognized QSR client on social media community management.  

You will manage audience engagement and inbound conversation on various social media channels, focusing specifically on app reviews and social media messages related to app and other digital products. This role will integrate closely with the client team and play a critical role in addressing customer concerns and driving success.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Participate on national account team(s) with a fun, fast-paced, always on dynamic 

  • Engage with customers on social media platforms and app reviews, responding to comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally. 

  • Provide solutions for engagements about the client’s app loyalty program, promotions, app functionality and innovation, online ordering, and general feedback about the digital experience.  

  • Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve level 1 issues for customers when possible.  

  • Identify and analyze review trends and working with client team to implement product offering improvements that address customer feedback. 

  • Regularly participate and communicate with the client’s digital teams, including participation in brainstorming and planning sessions.  

  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices. 

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness and efficiency.  

    EDUCATION 

  • B.A. degree in marketing, communications, or related field 

    REQUIREMENTS 

  • 1-2 years of agency or in-house social media community engagement experience  

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms 

  • Experience with social media metrics and reporting  

  • Passion for technology and a keen interest in app reviews and digital trends 

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively 

  • Proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethic 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues into common language.  

  • Resourcefulness, time management and strong attention to detail  

  • Experience with Sprinklr or other social media management tools  

  • Experience with both iOS and Android products is preferred.
