Additional Information:

• This role will observe the 3-day hybrid office model and be based in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Providing project management support for assigned segments, ensuring timely execution.

• Collaborating with functional representatives to grasp business requirements and mitigate risks.

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project roadmaps, tracking progress and communicating effectively.

• Fostering shared understanding of project expectations among team members and leadership.

• Driving data-driven, customer-focused decision-making throughout project lifecycles.

• Forging partnerships with third parties and internal teams for seamless alignment and collaboration.

• Identifying gaps and suggesting process improvements, fostering synergy across business groups.

• Monitoring metrics and reporting on progress, ensuring adherence to WFM’s standards and policies.

• Coordinating final label compliance reviews, maintaining accuracy and consistency.

• Facilitating clear vendor communication, guiding through product lifecycle documentation and label development.

• Assisting in third-party label review and approval processes, ensuring compliance with standards.

• Conducting thorough proofing and accuracy checks against Product Compliance Specifications.

• Maintaining regular business partner meetings, facilitating discussion and agenda alignment.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support project needs.

  Qualifications:

• Proficient in leading project management methodologies, applying principles to diverse project scenarios.

• Skilled in planning, estimating, organizing, and monitoring projects to meet stakeholder deadlines.

• Knowledgeable in project management software(s) such as Workfront, enhancing project efficiency.

• Exceptional communication skills, adept at conveying information effectively in various settings.

• Continuously strives for excellence, elevating own work and team performance.

• Maintains positive relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and support.

• Utilizes research and analytical skills to select alternatives, gather documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.

• Capable of handling structured problems, identifying and resolving roadblocks to task completion.

• Understands company goals and objectives, aligning project goals with organizational strategy.

• Comfortable learning about Whole Foods Market's product assortment and operational details.

• Requires BA/BS degree with 3-6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education and experience.
