We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team. As a member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the Financial Analyst role will focus on the areas of Community Sales, Marketing, and Capital Planning.

This role is mostly onsite at our corporate office location in Catonsville, Maryland.

How you will make an impact

  • Support communities and home office departmental areas in their financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and analysis processes (monthly, annual, and long-range) as assigned

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate and useful reports, tools and templates needed by various teams/departments to determine their financial results and/or planning requirements

  • Work collaboratively with home office and community partners to design, test and implement templates and analytical tools for use in identifying trends and forecasting financial performance

  • Perform data supported analysis to drive management decisions, including financing decisions, pricing decisions, ad hoc analysis & projects

Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $60,000 annually.

What you will need

  • Bachelors’ in Accounting/Finance required. Experience in lieu of education may be considered on a case-by-case basis as long as there is a minimum of 2 years of related experience for each year of education.

  • Minimum 2 years experience in accounting/finance required.

  • Must have demonstrated skills and proficiency in creating and analyzing reports

  • Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics, Salesforce and Tableau preferred
