Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specializing in Billing and Invoicing with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing billing data, preparing comprehensive management reports, and creating insightful PowerPoint presentations. Additionally, the candidate should possess expertise in billing activities and be proficient in data analytics techniques.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Proficiency in Order to Cycle process with proficiency in Billing activities and knowledge of E2E Process flow

  • Policy knowledge around revenue recognition, reserves, treatment of credits, credit memos, unbilled AR

  • Analyze billing data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.

  • Prepare detailed management reports on billing performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

  • Develop and maintain billing dashboards to provide real-time visibility into billing processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define data analytics needs.

  • Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate billing insights to stakeholders.

  • Lead billing data analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

  • Utilize advanced statistical techniques to perform predictive modeling and forecasting.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on billing processes and data analysis methodologies.

Skills Required:

  • Good to have working Experience on Salesforce, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio or Lucid chart, Adobe Acrobat, Learning Management System (LMS), SharePoint or Confluence, Camtasia or Snagit, SurveyMonkey or Google Forms, Workflow Management Tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality management reports and presentations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Execution Skills / Prioritization, Business acumen, Risk Assessment / Portfolio Management, Critical Thinking, Relational, Influencing, Flexible / Agile

Qualifications Required :

  • Post-Graduation OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Certification in Scrum Master, Six Sigma, or Lean Management is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of experience in Billing activities and data analysis, preferably in a similar industry .

  • Proficiency in G-Sheets, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
