Responsibilities:

• The Account Manager – Baycare Health System is responsible to develop and maintain relationships with employers within the BayCare service area.

• Represents and markets all BayCare products and services, and those services offered by BayCare Health System to the corporate marketplace.

• Performs sales calls, develops support material, develops and implements sales processes, acts as a consultant to the employer market to recommend a portfolio of products to assist in decreasing health care costs and improving the health of the employee population.

• Attends industry conferences, employer networking events, and training opportunities.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required Experience: 2 years healthcare or business to business sales

• Bachelors Degree required

Preferred

• 3+ years healthcare or business to business sales.

• Experience with Occupational Medicine and Workers’ Compensation services HIGHLY preferred
