The Bing Multimedia Team at Microsoft is seeking a visionary Senior Product Manager to lead and enhance our video experience across various platforms including Search, Copilot, and MSN content services. With Bing reaching 450 million monthly active users globally across diverse platforms such as Windows, Edge, Xbox, Yahoo, and Amazon, our team is committed to delivering superior multimedia content that meets and exceeds user expectations.

In this pivotal role, you will redefine the video experience in the era of Generative AI, integrating video seamlessly with Copilot functionalities and utilizing large language models (LLMs) to revolutionize how users discover and engage with video content.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and execution of innovative video experiences across various platforms including Search, Copilot, and MSN.

• Manage product planning, set priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure delivery of results.

• Champion a user-centric design philosophy to deliver exceptional video experiences.

• Drive initiatives that boost user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with Microsoft's overarching goals and reflects current market trends.

• Lead market research and product research efforts, using insights to identify new opportunities and directions for product enhancement and growth.

• Cultivate a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team and across company divisions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable product thinking and design prowess, with at least 3 years of experience in product management; experience managing global products is highly desirable.

• Proven track record in data-driven product development, including designing experiments, analyzing data, and iterating based on findings.

• Strong project management skills, with a history of leading teams to meet project timelines effectively.

• A robust passion for Generative AI, Big Data, and Machine Learning. Knowledge of Security, Privacy, and Compliance is advantageous.

• Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and translate complex requirements into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
