Together, we won't stop! Job Overview Are you ready to join the Un-carrier movement? We are looking for a Developer to help T-Mobile build foundational components for T-Mobile mobile applications. We want you to work with business stakeholders and deliver awesome mobile experiences to our customers. We value skills delivering and working with Open-Source tools and infrastructure. In T-Mobile's App team, we work cross-functionally to understand the linkage between T-Mobile's business goals, business architectures, and technology architectures - and strive to further T-Mobile's business goals via organic or inorganic evolution of T-Mobile's architectures. The Developer is responsible for designing/coding creative and scalable systems and software solutions that address business/technical needs in an ever-changing competitive market. We are a team that encourages innovation and advocate an agile and open approach, truly working and playing in the Un-carrier way! Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Work closely with our product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the iOS platform. Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques. Build reusable iOS software components for interfacing with our back end platforms. Analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance. Experience/Technical Skills: 3+ years of object-oriented software development experience. 2+ years' experience building sophisticated applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/Swift with the iOS SDK and other frameworks. Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques. Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management. Education: * BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience * At least 18 years of age * Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Washington Pay Range : $114,500.00 - $154,900.00 The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
