Get started! Kenworth Truck Company The Kenworth marketing team is seeking a skilled and motivated manager to join our fast-paced and growing organization. We need a hybrid professional who can maintain a technical understanding of Kenworth's medium duty lineup while also developing inventive marketing campaigns to drive market growth. Here's what you will do in this role: Go-to-Market Strategy Manage the go-to-market medium duty strategy. Serve as the voice of the customer in conversations with Program Management and Engineering to drive important product initiatives and ensure customer goals and market share are considered at every point in the roadmap. Market Intelligence Be at the forefront of the latest products and technologies. Analyze market and customer data to develop regional and segment specific market strategies. Initiate marketing actions to influence sales outcomes and achieve growth targets, Content Marketing Shape our content marketing efforts by defining what content Kenworth needs to create via what channel, reassessing and optimizing as necessary. Marketing Plans and Event Management Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional programs, new product introductions, and other marketing projects as needed. Support trade show and event planning by identifying event goals, content, promotion strategy, and customer experience. Sales Training Strategy Support Kenworth's sales training program. Lend your voice to the programming to ensure training is consistent with sales strategy and overall business goals. Leadership Develop a strong vision for medium market share growth and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure that your goals become a reality. Present to various audiences, including leadership team, customers, dealers, internal departments, and other PACCAR entities to communicate actions needed to ensure success. Qualifications and Skills: Interpersonal A candidate for this position must have an ability to prioritize tasks, understand business goals, oversee multiple projects at once, respond to inquiries in a timely manner, be flexible and welcoming to change, and be self-motivated. The candidate should have strong communication skills and act as a gateway to efficient and effective cross-functional collaboration. Leadership/People The candidate must additionally demonstrate strong leadership qualities and ability to influence both cross-functional teams and top management. Candidate must be capable of presenting sales and marketing initiatives to the leadership team. General: Bachelor's Degree required. Masters' Degree a plus. 5+ years of relevant work experience, with ability to demonstrate success in one or more of the following areas: North American trucking industry Program management Trade s
