Acumatica is hiring a Senior Director of Product Operations! This role will report directly to the CPO, providing analytical support, advice and cross-functional coordination ensuring efficient product operations with timely completion of multiple product initiatives enhancing value proposition of products, services, and 3rd party offerings.

 

Role and Responsibilities

● Create and maintain cross-product and cross-departmental relationships to enable leadership success.

● Assess and streamline cross functionals product processes and systems for efficiency.

● Manage and complete successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enable growth and accelerate product offerings and adoption.

● Lead cross-functional, high-impact projects as directed by the CPO.

● Determine, track, and report metrics that measure the successful implementation of various cross functional projects and initiatives.

● Act as advisor with internal and external communications providing support and interaction with product leaders and the exec team.

● Work with executives and department leaders on cross-company projects.

● Partner with CPO and other execs on M&A activities for acquisitions and post acquisition integration.

● Other duties as assigned.

 

Professional Qualifications

● Demonstrated success as product leader in a high-growth business software product company.

● Experience managing a broad purview and diving into a variety of challenges, such a product operations, special projects, product programs, quality, etc.

● Experience working and communicating with leadership execs

● Demonstrated analytical problem solver, unafraid to dive into Excel and crunch numbers on a problem

● Robust Excel, PPT, and Microsoft Office skills

● Product Management leadership experience required.

For this role, the salary range is $188,000-$225,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.

At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
