The Walmart US eCommerce Fulfillment Services team (WFS) builds products that allow Marketplace sellers to easily provide fast, affordable delivery options to Walmart's customers. At WFS, our aim is to differentiate on trust, transparency, and partnership. This role is intended to support the product organization who are eagerly working to build and scale products quickly into the field to be adopted by Marketplace sellers.

The Product Operations and Strategy Staff Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating the scaling and growth of a startup-like organization while establishing business rhythm. The Product Operations and Strategy Senior Manager is like the conductor of a startup orchestra, ensuring everyone plays in harmony as the organization scales and grows. They're the architect behind the scenes, crafting a comprehensive product playbook that guides the team toward strategic goals while keeping things fun and dynamic. By setting up governance frameworks and guidelines, they act as the organization's GPS, steering it towards success while dodging potential roadblocks. This role will collaborate across Strategy, Account Management, Fulfillment Operations, Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams establish an operating product management playbook for evolving and rapidly growing product organization for WFS.

The Product Operations and Strategy Staff Manager serves as a bridge between cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines. By fostering a collaborative environment and breaking down silos, they enable the organization to execute product initiatives cohesively and effectively. Their role isn't just about rules, though. They're also the chief cheerleader for learning and development, creating an upskilling curriculum that's more engaging than a Netflix binge. Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Product Playbook Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive product playbook, detailing best practices, processes, and strategies for product development within the supply chain domain.

Governance Establishment: Establish governance frameworks and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Upskilling Curriculum Design: Design and implement a tailored upskilling curriculum for product teams, identifying key competencies and skills gaps, and delivering training programs to address them.

Template and Tool Support: Provide guidance on the use of templates and tools to streamline product management processes, including project planning, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and performance tracking.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine long-term product strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.

Performance Analysis: Analyze data and performance metrics to evaluate the success and impact of product initiatives, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaboration Facilitation: Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, acting as a liaison to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.

Change Management: Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and technologies within the organization, developing communication plans and training materials to support successful implementation.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10649/Bellevue, Washington US-11075:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00

San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
