Your Career

The Sales Operations position is a senior role partnering with the India Sales VP and leadership team. This role requires strong India & SAARC market experience encompassing sales planning, building strong partnerships with sales management including cross-functional teams, and strong analytical insight. This role will own and maintain various operational cadence, forecasting, and business reviews, as well as monitor and improve the overall pulse of India's business through sales tools, processes, data governance, sales discipline and KPIs. This role will empower decision-making, drive strategic initiative, measure performance, and enable sales teams to focus on execution with accuracy.

Your Impact

  • Being the trusted ‘Value Add’ Business Advisors for Sales Leadership & Management

  • Coordinate activities and priorities of enablement functions to improve alignment with sales strategy

  • Assist with forecasting and accurate measurements of the India business

  • Work closely with the Theatre Business Operations & Strategy team on all Account and Territory management, Order Bookings and Commission, and Comp Plans

  • Drive a sales governance framework in line with company policy and procedures

  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration (sales enablement tools, process, and programs)

  • Coordinate, facilitate, and drive Account Strategy Reviews

  • Represent JAPAC and ensure India-specific needs and issues are addressed and fit within the corporate overarching strategy and compliance

  • Facilitation of deal reviews and inspection of deals and pipelines. Also, advisory role on deals with non-standard terms requirements interfacing with Legal and Finance

  • Support India Sales Leaders with Business Intelligence (reports, analytics, dashboards)

  • QBR Planning and Support

  • Support and drive continuous improvement across sales planning, strategy, processes, and tools

  • Work closely with functional and sales management on the execution of Sales Strategy and Initiatives

  • Represent JAPAC and ensure India-specific needs and issues are addressed and fit within the corporate overarching strategy and compliance

Your Experience

  • 10+ years of Sales Operations experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment

  • Self-starter, able to establish own priorities, and initiatives and drive to closure

  • Understanding of Sales, Inside Sales, Channels, and supporting business functions

  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent requests/issues

  • Business acumen, including a good sense of how a CRM application can be utilized to improve business processes and the bottom line

  • Fluency with common business applications and tools such as Salesforce.com, G-Suite, MS Excel, Tableau and/or Annaplan a plus

  • Advanced skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel

  • Bachelor’s Degree qualifications or equivalent military experience required

Our sales operation team members support our sales account managers and systems engineers to assist in large organization’s migrations to more cybersecurity. Sales operations work behind the scenes to make sure that our sales relationships run smoothly, enabling and empowering the teams across the world.

You support the sales team by providing research, reports, and craft and support systems and processes that enable the process of sales. It’s a true partnership, one built on building the best cybersecurity solutions for each individual client.
