Fraud Strategy Analyst - Money Network

What does a successful Fraud Strategy Analyst at Fiserv do?

The Fraud Risk team at Money Network is dedicated to continuously improving and monitoring our fraud risk management system, with an emphasis on reducing fraud-related risks and enhancing the customer experience. We are seeking an analytical, truth-oriented, strategic thinker who can integrate business knowledge, technical capabilities, and data analytics to ensure that the Money Network fraud risk ecosystem operates at peak efficiency and effectiveness.

The primary goal of the candidate in this position will be to devise strategies and system architectures that enhance the risk management capabilities of Money Network. The aim is to diminish the likelihood of fraud while supporting product expansion, cutting costs, and elevating the customer journey. Success in this role will be achieved through a blend of refining current systems, exploring new products and vendors, and driving innovation.

What you will do:

  • Design and execute strategies to enhance the Money Network's fraud risk management, utilizing deep analysis of fraud patterns to improve customer experience.

  • Conduct detailed process and system analyses to identify vulnerabilities and establish transformative solutions to minimize fraud incidents.

  • Oversee the efficacy of decision systems and models, generating actionable insights through advanced analytics and visual reporting tools.

  • Maintain expertise in payment card regulations, authorization decisioning, and industry standards, translating knowledge into effective fraud prevention measures.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and technology providers to develop and integrate features aimed at mitigating fraud risks.​

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or comparable professional experience required.

  • Over 3 years in fraud risk management with a background in consulting, technology, or financial sectors.

  • Demonstrable expertise in payment industry fraud management.

  • Proven track record in innovating and applying risk management solutions.

  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel with strong project leadership and problem-solving abilities.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New York or Washington.
