Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Manager to join the Fabrication & Tooling Integration Team in Berkeley, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manages a multi-faceted employee group:

  • Fabrication Integration team engages with Fab (metals, composites, electrical) and IWA (inter-work authorization) Scheduling, and support teams.

  • Identify potential concerns and mitigation plans for when demand moves or is added (such as with Program Re-fire or New demand).

  • Engage with functions such as Materials Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineers, Production Schedulers, Fab Business Integration, Fabrication Site Leaders, and more.

  • Lead process improvements across BDS Fabrication Sites.

  • Tooling Integration team engages with all BDS Programs to ensure schedules for PTIs (Periodic Tool Inspections) and TCOs (Tool Change Orders) are coordinated and executable to meet various program needs and priorities.

  • This scheduling team operates in MES/ETVS primarily and is also engaged in OPP for critical tool visibility / material vertical integration as needed.

  • STL Fabrication Production Scheduling team members support the Master Production Scheduling of PAC (Precision Assembly Center) and PPC (Precision Product Center) parts built in B220 and B101 for sub-assembly.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in Program Planning, Scheduling and Integration

  • Experience with MRP (Material Requirements Planning); demand flows to Fabrication areas

  • Experience in Open Plan Professional (OPP) and/or Microsoft Project (MS-Project) schedule applications

  • Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience in BRAIDSS

  • Experience with ETVS/MES

  • Experience in Materials Management or Supply Chain

  • Experience in manufacturing planning, industrial engineering, or similar experience

  • Experience in applying Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology and analysis

  • Experience with Boeing BDS IP&S best practice and standards

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in a leadership or management role

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $112,200 – $151,800
