1. Power System Studies – Steady State < >Load Flow.Short Circuit. Unit Interaction Factor.Multi Infeed Interaction Factor. Arc Flash.2. Harmonic Studies

< >Harmonic performance; harmonic stability; harmonic filter design.Power Line Carrier Interference studies and filters. Harmonic site measurements.3. Electromagnetic Compatibility Studies

< >Radio Frequency Interference and screening.Electromagnetic Fields.Substation Electromagnetic Zoning.EMC compliance and risk assessment of the substation.Earthing and bonding.4. Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) Studies

< >Transient Overvoltage.Transient Recovery Voltage.Lightning.Other EMT studies.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

< >Modelling and performing the studies; deliver study reports.Technical responsibility in areas of expertise.Provide guidance to peers on areas of expertise.Customer facing responsibilities.Processes: develop and industrialise solution tools and processes associated with the engineering activities identified above. Design Guides.Development: Be actively involved in new developments in HVDC technologies, implementing control and protection solutions and creating / delivering new analysis techniques and system study tools in order to provide optimized system study solutions.External activities: Represent the business in external events by publishing technical papers or participating in working groups (CIGRE/IEC/IEEE).Adherence to company policies and Code of Conduct.Health and Safety: consider Health and Safety preventions, risks, behaviors. Attend EHS training.EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Power Systems Engineering degree, MSc and above.

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Two-three years minimum experience in industrial engineering roles.
