Job title: Senior Manager Production Improvement:

In this challenging position you will manage a production unit that is responsible for the timely delivery of high-quality medical equipment. Next to that you will initiate and lead improvement projects within the IGT-S ISC organization. Primary location is the Best IGT factory (working onsite is highly preferred).

Your role:

• Indirectly manage a diverse and multifunctional team

• Preparation and execution of the IGT manufacturing production process to deliver safe, compliant, quality products to our customers on time.

• Identify and lead improvement programs to set up a “best in class”, future proof manufacturing process.

• Working with cross-functional leadership to ensure agreement and process owner sign-off of improvements.

• Supporting audits internal and external, owning CAPA and audit findings.

• Using data-driven analytical rigor and/or six sigma and/or lean expertise to accurately identify issues that lead to sub-optimal performance and their root causes.

• supporting projects, goals, and metrics and drive continues improvement efforts.

• Managing the issue resolution process being responsible that corrective actions are taken in structural way and on time implemented.

• Working on challenges where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the manufacturing and supply chain process.

• Partnering with stakeholders from various businesses and functions

• Ensuring rigor in project execution, deliverables, timing and status reporting

You're the right fit if:

• Masters/Bachelor’s degree WTB/Industrial Engineering (concentration in operations preferred)

• 7+ years business experience in manufacturing and supply chain within a regulated environment (preferably with medical products)

• Proven track record in leading change in an operational environment

• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
