CACI is seeking a Product Manager to manage the requirements and needs of the Customer for development. You will maintain all the current and future needs in the project roadmaps.  You will be responsible for all requirements from the Users and the Government Product Owner perspective. You will need to understand the structure and functionality of the application. The Product Manager is responsible for researching software systems, presenting ideas for system improvements and conducting impact analysis for software changes. You will also work closely with Government business representatives, designers, and subject matter experts to understand functional requirements and documents findings.

As the Product Manager, you will decompose requests for new capabilities via RRBs and ERBs into Features, Epics and Stories. Categorizing stories into functional, non-functional, or technical debt. You will be working with SM and product team to ensure stories are decomposed to support vertical slicing. You will prioritize the backlog with the PO on a regular basis to release to SM. You will keep at least 2 sprints worth of user stories in ready state, always meeting definition of ready. The Product Manager coordinates with SM to schedule product team release planning meetings and coordinating and preparing for sprint demo. You will verify that PO accepts (or rejects) all completed user stories, updates status in the JIRA/Confluence tools and adheres to program configuration change control standards. You will provides input into training manuals for users. You will be the main onsite POC for Help Desk Team.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage product requirements on behalf of the Customer in a complex IT environment.

  • Act as a Government Proxy Product Owner and provide representation with User Community. Maintains domain knowledge and functionality for product.

  • Manage the product roadmap, facilitating initial epic estimate and impacts for the review board, and write user stories & acceptance criteria. Defining, designing, developing, testing, and managing IT requirements

  • Lead and manage requirement tracking to successfully meet Customer commitments

  • Track progress against directorate plans

  • Translate, analyze data, and effectively report problems through written and graphical formats

  • Apply best practices in project management, including those used to initiate, plan, control, monitor, and report upon all phases of project

  • Distinguishes problems and assists in implementing solutions

  • Adapt processes to improve inefficiencies and accelerate solutions development

  • Proactively identify and resolve time sensitive project risks, issues, interdependencies, and conflicts, both within and across business units and initiatives, and coordinate implementation on behalf of the Customer

  • Interface with ScrumMaster as the Customer requirements’ lead

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related field plus 6 years of related experience; or a Masters with 4 years of experience; an Associates with 8 years of experience.

  • TS/SCI with Poly

  • 6+ years of directly relevant systems administration experience including hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.

  • 6+ years of direct relevant experience configuring and maintaining the Information Technology Infrastructure associated with an IT system hosted in the AWS cloud environment.

  • 4+ years of directly relevant experience with Microsoft Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Print Management, Windows Server Roles & Features, WSUS, PowerShell, Windows Licensing & KMS, Certificate creation & management, Account creation & management.

  • Experience accrediting IT systems under the ICD 503 Certification and Accreditation Process.

  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communicator, and multitasker.

  • Desire to take on difficult task and assist team members.

  • Experience working within an agile sprint development team environment using Jira and Confluence.

  • Ability to creatively collaborate with other program personnel to ensure a unified and well-executed goal.

  • Composure and ability to lead with confidence and calmness when faced with competing high-priority projects and difficult decisions and when delivering presentations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other tools.

  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision or in a team setting.

These qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Knowledge of IT concepts, issues, practices, methodologies and trends particularly relevant to the design of large-scale IT environments.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$94,400 - $198,300
