Are you interested in collaborating with our Engineering Delivery Leads, Technical project managers and finance partners being responsible for the enabling processes for our teams to succeed?

Bring your solid experience and knowledge within partner management, vendor management and operational finance ensuring Play Engineering maintain cohesive processes and high degree of transparency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support Engineering Delivery and Product Teams in hiring of external consultants.

  • Conduct product team specific vendor performance tracking and reporting.

  • Support our productivity and efficiency agenda

  • Create vendor contracts renewal, Purchase Orders creation, goods receipt in a timely and customer-focused manner.

  • Understand and create financial overview such as Total Cost of Ownership per product team.

  • Purchase software licenses in close collaboration with Procurement.

  • All the above leading up to be trusted partner within Play Engineering.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Your objective will be to collaborate with both the Play Engineering leadership team, finance partners, engineering delivery leads, and TPM’s making sure our processes and interactions are streamlined internally and externally towards our partners.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills on all levels

  • Proven ability in partner management

  • Understanding of how agile product teams work

  • Extensive experience in budgeting and finance follow-up

  • An eye for details while keeping the overview

  • A structured approach to your work

  • Knowledge of Total Cost of Ownership for product teams

  • A positive can-do attitude to assignments coming your way

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
