Description

Robert Half has partnered with a technology firm in Boulder in search of a Controller! The Controller position is offering a hybrid work schedule! The Controller position is paying $140,000-$170,000 + 20% bonus!

The Controller will be responsible for the following:

• Month-End, Quarter-End and Year-End financial close processes

• General ledger – including review of consolidation, currency revaluations and intercompany eliminations

• Preparing financial reports and budget analysis

• Creating reports for internal review to communicate market trends, variance reporting and best practices

• SEC reporting quality report generation

• Ensuring US GAAP and IFRS compliance

• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Ensuring ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance

• Review reconciliations for bank accounts

• Prepare cash forecasts

• Ad hoc reporting as needed

Requirements for the Controller include:

• Active CPA

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• 8+ years of accounting experience

• Public accounting experience is highly preferred

• NetSuite experience is preferred, but not required
