The Key Account Manager (KAM) will focus on identifying and developing new application projects with existing and new customers in the electronic and industrial markets, as well as driving current sales and business growth with existing customers in the segment. The person in this position is the main point of contact for the key accounts in their scope, managing the relationships with their customers, finding, developing and closing qualified opportunities with their customers, as well as identifying new business relationships, and developing submarkets for new product/market combinations. This position reports to the Sales Director of the Electronics & Industrial Cluster, in the EMEA Region.
We are looking for:
- A person with strong listening and collaborative skills, who is eager to drive new business & growth and loves acting as the bridgehead at our Key Accounts and as a customer ambassador within our company.
We count on you for:
Serving as the main point of contact for key accounts and developing of new opportunities in the market
Negotiating contracts and executing the pricing strategy for new and existing business opportunities
Partnering with the marketing team to gather and monitor market information to synthesize market trends and evolutions, derive proposals for actions and provide accurate forecasts
Contributing to defining the sales strategy and value proposition
Acting as a change agent in follow-up of the Group sales and marketing processes & practices to drive sales and development in the segment

You will bring:
3 years of commercial-,marketing- or technical experience in an industrial company
MBA/equivalent commercial degree or a BA/BS degree in a related technical field (engineering, chemistry, material science, etc.)
A desire to work as a Key Account Manager, to build key Account Plans, negotiate contracts and collaborate with other functions
Excellent communication- and collaborative skills
