Hourly 1099, Salary :   Competitive

Position Start:  09/01/2024 (Pending Contract Award)

Period of Performance:  09/01/2024 - 08/31/2027

Position Summary:  MILVETS Systems Technology, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer (NATO Secret Clearance).  The Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer will be supporting the government at TDY in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities:

• Provides both technical and functional support to internal customers who use Oracle financial modules and works with the necessary resources in multiple departments in order to accomplish the job duties

• Minimum of 12 years of experience working with Oracle Applications (EBS), Databases and peripheral ERP systems

• Minimum 5+ years of Public Sector experience with encumbrance accounting

• Experience using Oracle EBS suite, specifically Oracle i-Procurement, Purchasing, i-Supplier, EAM, Accounts Payables and Project Accounting modules

• Knowledge of Procurement, Accounting, and Financial Principles. Experience in Encumbrance Accounting and Public sector experience is required

• Experience tracking and reporting relevant metrics (e.g., productivity, progress, quality)

• Functional and Technical knowledge and skills related to Oracle EBS Suite

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of information processing principles and practices

• Advanced knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws relevant to IT compliance and Public Sector Financials

• Advanced Functional Knowledge of the Oracle EBS Modules

  Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience

  Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree

  Certification:  Oracle Enterprise Developer; Java Developer

  Clearance:   Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; an Active United States NATO Secret clearance is required.
