Abogado/a para el rea Contractual

Paramount busca " Abogado/a para el rea Contractual para incorporarse al equipo de Legales.

Sus principales responsabilidades sern:

• Confeccionar, analizar y dar seguimiento a contratos relacionados con el desarrollo, produccin y distribucin de proyectos audiovisuales de entretenimiento, tanto en espaol como en ingls.

• Negociar trminos y condiciones con contrapartes externas, como escritores, directores, actores, productores y proveedores, entre otros.

• Proporcionar asesoramiento y apoyo legal a los distintos equipos internos.

• Mantener actualizados los modelos de contratacin, trminos y condiciones estndares de Paramount.

Requisitos:

Nos orientamos a profesionales con experiencia mnima de 3 aos en posiciones similares y nivel de ingls avanzado. Valoraremos aquellos candidatos que se destaquen por su proactividad, dinamismo y predisposicin para trabajar en equipo.
