Job Summary:

ARAGON BALLROOM - Cleaning

The Role:

Responsible for the cleanliness of all interior and exterior spaces of the venue .

Job Functions:

  • Responsible for keeping the venue safe and clean at all times

  • Ensure the venue is show ready before the fans arrive each night

  • Keep the venue safe by cleaning up any spills

  • Clean guest areas and ensure they are free from any debris and trash before gates open

  • Clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms

  • Restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed

  • Collect recycling items and trash before, during, and after the show to guarantee the cleanliness of the venue

  • Stock all necessary items before guests enter the venue

  • Make certain that all recyclable items are properly disposed of or stored properly

  • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair

  • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas

  • Perform all other duties as assigned or needed

    Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

  • Able to stand for long periods of time

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

    Physical Demands/Working Environment:

  • Position requires constant walking and climbing stairs

  • Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
