This professional will need to be comfortable making introductory calls, hosting virtual meetings, and leading in-person presentations. Responsibilities: Engage and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients Manage and support a pipeline of clients Build and maintain a steady flow of new meetings/opportunities Provide accurate and timely analysis of monthly goals, results, and forecasts Present to clients via webinars & in-person presentations Consistently deliver a high level of client service that demonstrates the core competencies of knowledge, empathy, patience, promptness and courtesy Adhere to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree One year of outside sales experience Exhibited leadership/entrepreneurial ambition Motivated to achieve goals and rapidly advance your sales career Strong written & verbal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Strong communication skills Experience working with Salesforce is a plus COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
