The Corporate Development Manager assists the Director of Business Development to help identify, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives that support the company's vision and goals. This is a general management position that focuses on improving and developing the company's operations, business relationships and partnerships, and technological infrastructure.

Specific responsibilities include the following: o Gain an integral understanding of Revolve's impending warranty product and lead the sale of its initial iteration. -Design and develop processes for new internal projects. -Assist Director of Business Development in building out Revolve's business relationship networks ("rolodex"). -Manage relationships with current and new partnerships and financial entities. -Manage investor relationships, create quarterly financial reports and forecasting and investor newsletter. -Evaluate and negotiate opportunities for joint-ventures and partnerships in North/South America, Europe and Asia. -Analyze and improve current technological infrastructure for Data management, CRM, ERP, sales processes, automated reporting and macros. -Manage and purchase technical equipment for large scale electrical infrastructure such as transformers, PDUs, mining rigs, network devices, and cooling systems.

Position requires a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 1 year of experience in the job offered, or in a related position.

We require knowledge, education, training, or experience in the following skills: Cryptocurrency and blockchain technology; CRM software and content management systems; IT Infrastructure design; and, Cyber security.

Must have proven experience working with diverse teams across different regions, including Asia, Canada, and Europe. Requires 15% international travel and 20% domestic travel. Telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S. is permissible. Employment and background checks may be required.
