Description

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in both Spanish and English.

  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and technical support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

  • Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure a high level of service.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

  • Proven experience as a call center representative or in a similar customer service role.

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office
