Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 1 year contract with 3 years of optional renewals. The position will be hybrid with part of the time being remote but available to come in to work in the office as needed. Candidates must be Ohio resident and able to drive to downtown Columbus Ohio for meetings as needed. The client is in the middle of the third part of a multiyear project to replace currently outdated software. The client will introduce and integrate C&R Software's Debt Manager product, which is a robust system that will help them collect more debts, improve efficiency, and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.

Skills and Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university. (A major in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Mathematics, or a related field preferred but not required.)

- 12+ years of project management experience in SDLC Methodologies (waterfall, agile, SCRUM)

- working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment and had worked on 2 or more projects for minimum of 3+ years for each project.

- 8+ years of experience managing complex multi-year web-based projects involving vendor professional services delivering a government solution.

- Direct experience managing fixed-price, deliverable-based, contracted projects with multiple workstreams.

- Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business, and technology organizations. - A certification in Project Management is preferred but not required.

- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change, and competing demands.

- Demonstrates leadership skills in managing high profile projects and project teams with excellent written and verbal communication.

- Proven ability to work creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives null
