We are in search of a Mid-Level Systems Administrator for a client based in Dallas, Texas. This role offers a long-term contract opportunity.

POSITION: MICROSOFT SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DALLAS

DURATION: 12 MONTHS

• RATE: $37-$43/HOUR

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's Microsoft infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Teams voice solutions, including integration with other Microsoft 365 services.

• Configure and troubleshoot Direct Routing, voice policies, call queues, and auto-attendants to ensure seamless voice communication.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, including network configurations that support VoIP functionalities within Microsoft Teams.

• Ensure security, backup, and redundancy strategies are in place specifically for voice data and communications.

• Prepare documentation on system configurations, updates, and new technologies adopted that involve Microsoft Teams and voice services.

• Manage user licenses and track utilization of Microsoft products, focusing on cost-effectiveness and efficiency

  Requirements

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft products, particularly Microsoft Teams.

• In-depth knowledge of VoIP, SIP protocols, and telephony systems.

• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS) and network security practices.

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to provide training and support to a diverse user base
