This is a hybrid position requiring candidates live in or near the Duluth, GA area. We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our team in Duluth, GA. This role is essential for managing a complex portfolio of non-standard, aged transactions with a focus on root cause analysis, resolution, and optimization of working capital and customer payment performance. The AR Analyst will handle high volumes of transactions, requiring quick decision-making and autonomy with minimal supervision. This position plays a pivotal role in minimizing Accounts Receivable exposure by ensuring proactive monitoring and effective resolution of issues in accordance with company policies and procedures. The work schedule is hybrid with Tuesday and Wednesday onsite in office. The work hour are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively monitor AR aging for assigned accounts, systematically review, escalate, and address discrepancies through to resolution, including communication at the executive level.

• Collaborate with upstream business partners to resolve complex issues and drive results.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance performance, quality, and service.

• Conduct thorough analysis of data from multiple databases, performing timely reporting and analysis.

• Assess accounts for non-collection risks and recommend strategies such as credit holds or payment plans.

• Lead collaborative efforts to resolve collection issues and process improvements.

• Support the management in executing special projects and ad-hoc analyses.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for critical departmental processes.

  Requirements

Relevant Education and/or Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AR, Accounting, Finance, or a similar function within Order to Cash.

• Extensive experience with large corporate ERP systems, preferably JDE or SAP.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Microsoft Office applications. EXPECT TO BE TESTED ON YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF EXCEL

• Experience with reporting and analytic software (Qlik, Alteryx, PowerBI) is preferred.

• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, capable of working independently.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Order to Cash transaction lifecycle and general knowledge of SOX audit requirements in a publicly traded company.
