RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze content and risks of new packaging and assembly technologies and establish a suite of reliability tests needed for qualification.

``` - Design reliability test structures as needed.

``` - Submit and track reliability tests as they are performed for project updates.

```{=html}

``` - Analyze reliability test results, perform lifetime modeling and suggest corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8-10 years work experience in reliability testing and analysis.

``` - BSE Mechanical Engineering. Materials Science, Electrical Engineering and Physics will also be considered.

``` - Familiarity with semiconductor assembly process is desirable.

``` - Required Skills: Autocad, Reliability Software (i. e. JMP, minitab, Reliasoft), Statistics for Design of Experiments, sampling and Reliability prediction.

``` - Must be able to communicate and collaborate with development teams.
