SAP Business Analyst (m/f/d)

Region ​Hennigsdorf near Berlin​

A day in the life:

• Be the liaison between business users and corporate IT support to handle change requests, local and global projects, daily troubleshooting for key users and system maintenance

• Analyze requirements and business cases, prepare functional specifications to implement projects, enhancements and bug fixes

• Closely partner with corporate IT Support team on execution of customizations and developments

• as a member of a SCRUM team, you partner with SAP analysts and developers to support on-going activities and monitor the progress

• Support any SAP integration by supporting testing, training and validation activities

• Actively participate in project and improvement reviews

• Monitor business processes and driving continuous improvement

• Provide daily key user support and training

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work across all levels, functions and regions / countries

The key to success:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Management, Management Information Systems or equivalent work experience acceptable

• ​​​​​​​1+ years of experience in SAP implementations phases like blueprint, build, test, cut-over/launch and hyper care phase in ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana

• Functional knowledge of at least one SAP module in SD, MM, QM, PP or FICO

• Ability to translate business requirements into functional details needed to accomplish tasks and solving problems

• Effective communication skills needed to align with business and IT support

• Customer oriented, self-motivated, hands-on and pro-active work demeanor

• Basic understanding and experience of agile delivery concepts are a plus

• Proficient in German and English (oral and written)
