Responsibilities

Responsibilities include designing business objectives, data goals, creating and maintaining synthetic data pipelines, creating data for fine tuning models, and leveraging customer usage for continual improvement

A big part of this job will be focusing on ultimate outcomes / big picture conceptualizing all the way down to ensuring the delivered product exceeds expectations with the feedback mechanisms in place to allow validation and continual improvement.

We are looking for talented Data Scientist who has experience in working on designing efficient and scalable systems using LLMs for synthetic data generation, human in the loop labeling, automating algorithm validation, building reports and dash boards, etc. Job may also require to work on OnDevice and Cloud AI models.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6+ years of experience in software and/or product development

• Hands-on experience in an object-oriented programming language such as Kotlin, Java, Python

• Experience working with ML technologies, telemetry, driving KPIs, etc. Knowledge in Data/ML skills/LLM/OnDevice and Cloud AI models

• Experience in Design, coding, Debugging and Problem solving (Data structures)

• Proven track record of shipping high volume consumer devices (Windows, Android, Linux)

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience

Additional Qualifications:

1) LLM prompting to support RAG, Suggestion service prompting

2)Should have a good understanding of deep learning and large-scale ML concepts.

3) Experience in Android platform or application layer

4) Data infrastructure - synthetic phone data and pipeline, automation, etc

• Ability to quickly ramp-up on complex and unfamiliar code

• Experience with dealing in geographically diverse teams

Ability to handle the debugger well to quickly identify and resolve issues spanning multiple subsystems

• Enthusiastic, motivated and self-driven

• High tolerance to ambiguity and ability make progress in the face of it

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines and functions (PM, Test, Hardware Engineers, etc.)

• Some domestic and international travel will be necessary
