You will work in the Global Payroll Compliance team to create tools, assess metrics data and write reports on the current and identified activities and risk areas we monitor, and be responsible for discovering, advising and measuring risks. Your area of responsibility will focus on global payroll inspections and improvement projects for compliance.

Job Responsibilities include:

Discover and identify new areas of risks and manage to resolution and full compliance.

Manage / facilitate inspections and exploratory sessions of the Operational payroll process and statutory requirements.

Review Payroll Tax risks control matrix, improve tax governance and external audit requests providing remediation plans and working with stakeholders to close identified risks and issues.

Work closely with the Payroll teams, providing support and guidance, and continuous training on areas of Global Payroll Compliance.

Work with Compliance discovery tool and global stakeholders to effectively track all regular statutory requirements, working closely with Payroll teams to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Build partnerships with external consultants to gain expert advice where necessary.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 6+ years of controllership or compliance experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of internal control framework (specifically COSO) to assess control design and operational efficiency
