FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

What you would do as our Financial Controller:

You would play a key role in ensuring the fast, reliable, and transparent reporting of consolidated figures for various stakeholders. Our finance team manages multiple areas both locally and internationally, including, but not limited to, accounting, controlling, reporting, consolidation, planning and analysis, and internal control.

You would also:

  • Collaborate with colleagues on monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in accordance with group accounting policies.

  • Prepare business forecasts and budgets.

  • Cooperate with business stakeholders in planning and analysis to drive improved financial results.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses and provide guidance on reporting matters.

  • Contribute to development projects.

    The skills and experience you need:

  • A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership.

  • Understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and attention to detail.

  • A suitable academic degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting/auditing.

  • Good capabilities (or a willingness to learn) in utilizing modern reporting tools such as Power BI.

  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
