GoDaddy.com, LLC Senior Product Manager in Kirkland, Washington

The Senior Product Manager at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Kirkland, Washington will lead software platform product development to prevent, mitigate, and manage payments risk associated with GoDaddy Payments products. Design and implement API based services for Risk Platform. Enable end-to-end payments onboarding and risk integration, transaction assessment, experiences, and communications for GoDaddy Payments customers. Establish vision, roadmap and functional and non-functional requirements for risk platform, merchant and buyer experiences, operational experiences, services and underlying capabilities of risk and anti-fraud software platform. Support operations team with risk platform capabilities to ease and automate manual review of transactions and merchant information for making accurate risk decisions. Manage and deliver vendor integrations with Risk Platform for sourcing risk intelligence on merchants, data privacy, and legal and technical requirements. May telecommute up to 3 days per week. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $137,654 - $186,600 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Master's degree in Software Management, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 2 years of experience as a software developer, technical product manager or related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree in Software Management, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience as a software developer, technical product manager or related occupation. Experience must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: (1) building and managing risk platforms for commerce or fintech use-cases; (2) designing and implementing API based services; (3) defining product requirements, prioritization and roadmap for commerce or risk platforms; (4) analyzing customer data in analytics tools, including Tableau and MixPanel and deriving actionable insights; (5) working with cross-functional teams including software engineering partners, UX designers, marketing partners and business stakeholders to establish technical implementations.
