Duties: The Senior Product Manager at GoDaddy.com, LLC in Kirkland, Washington will drive, create, and own product roadmaps for subscription experiences across mobile and website. Apply scientific method (experimentation) to make data-driven decisions about approaches to value creation. Drive strategy and execution for retention strategy. Identify and prioritize customer needs and determine product strategy. Identify new use cases. Conduct and facilitate customer conversations and research to validate features, walk through product iterations, and validate market fit. Work closely with design to ensure features are usable and intuitive for our customers. Work closely with engineering to ensure solution feasibility. Acquire deep expertise in client product, their customers, and related domains. Create story maps, road maps, and other artifacts to provide context and direction to product teams and stakeholders. Apply understanding of technology landscape to research competitive/related solutions. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for product lines in coordination with business unit leaders and P&L owners. Lead product teams by defining priority of outcomes, Key Metrics, and Key Performance Indicators and setting deadlines and milestones. Partner with lead engineer and UX designer to scope out solutions and features and establish pathways for a team to develop products. Establish success criteria for the product and work with UX researchers to determine how to measure those criteria. Monitor progress towards product completion for each component and final product. Ensure final product meets customer needs. Identify potential problems within their product areas, process, or teams that arise and drive resolutions for those issues. Manage relationships with product team, product leadership team, product marketing, internal stakeholders, sales, strategic partners, customer success, and customers that use or might use their product. Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop a go-to-market strategy. Guide others on the Product Management team. Telecommuting permissible. GoDaddy's compensation may vary based on an individual's qualifications at the time of the offer. The annual base salary range is $137,654 - $203,500 per year.

Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field plus 5 years of experience as a software engineer, technical product manager, or related occupation. Experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: (1) end-to-end development and go-to-market of a technical product; (2) utilizing data sources to drive product improvements; (3) process orientation; (4) documenting short and long-term customer use cases, including user stories and requirements; (5) working with cross-functional teams including software engineering partners, marketing partners, and business stakeholders to establish technical implementations and product roadmaps; and (6) leading a team to deliver on technical project requirements.
