You will be part of our team while completing our graduate trainee program, creating knowledge perspective ready to apply to the delivery of customer + operational Excellence.

Your Role

Your graduate program will either focus on a specific business or functional unit, or allow you to rotate through a variety of both. During your program we hope that you will develop the following knowledge + skills:

Your Responsibilities

• To learn + understand how we fit into the supply chain + logistics landscape.

• To build knowledge of our operational, sales + logistics processes, including their application.

• To develop personal leadership skills: know yourself + understand others, communication, collaboration.

• To learn about + apply project management skills: actively participate in/lead + deliver in assigned projects

• To develop a basic knowledge of continuous improvement/lean thinking

• To develop knowledge of our various systems + products.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any equivalent degree

• Strong academic record.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
