Job Summary: As a Data Analyst at Foundever, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help our company improve its operations, strategies, and customer service. You will work closely with different departments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and interpret data from various sources, including customer databases, financial reports, and market research.

• Design and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics.

• Filter and “clean” data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.

• Develop reports and presentations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies based on your findings.

• Utilize statistical tools to analyze data and generate useful business reports.

• Recommend and implement quality improvements to current data collection and processing.

• Remain current with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to data analysis.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or a related role.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and experience with BI tools such as SAP Business Objects, Oracle Analytics.

• Solid knowledge in SQL databases (querying and updating).

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and with team members from different backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
