Position title: Customer Marketing Manager – eCommerce

Location: West London, UK

Reports to: EMEA Senior Customer Marketing Manager eCommerce

Contract type: Permanent, full-time, hybrid working system

Your Role & Team in a Nutshell

As an eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager, you will influence, strengthen and manage the relationship with Amazon, pure players and internal business partners. You will be focused on identifying ways to drive consumer consumption of brands like Coleman, Campingaz and others.

You will help develop the policies and practices to “win” in ecommerce while working with brand leaders and internal & external partners on programs and initiatives.

You will be a member of the eCommerce team, which acts as a Center of Excellence for the EMEA region.

We will help you achieve your goals and develop by providing regular feedback and access to online training courses.

Your Key Tasks as an eCommerce Customer Marketing Manager:

  • Own the EMEA Amazon & Pureplay EMEA Home Fragrance strategy for driving consumer consumption by developing principles & best practices for product selection, marketing & media activation & promotional investment.

  • Jointly own the P&L with sales & operations partners to optimize sustainable growth via Amazon EMEA.

  • Influence and align with internal business leaders, both within and outside of ecommerce functions, of Amazon & Pureplay EMEA HF growth ambitions and investments.

  • Partner with brands’ marketing, countries and sales teams to ensure cohesive programs considering all channels and sides of the business, including using your expertise to support how Amazon fits within this

  • Take the lead on understanding product specific business objectives, develop long term growth strategy and portfolio selection through qualitative analysis & quantitative data.

  • Manage the media budget in collaboration with our internal media specialist to maximize ROI and growth.

  • Identifies relevant search strategies across content and marketing to increase brands SOV.

  • Manage the content required to support the product assortment and work with content team to ensure timely development.

  • Responsible for the reporting of KPI’s in cooperation with Analytics team (collection, analysis, communication).

  • Analyze and drive new Amazon & Pureplay market opportunities to create new demand for our brands and categories.

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Ecommerce by introducing industry best practices, standards, and innovation.

What You’ll Need

Minimum:

  • Demonstrated direct and hands-on eCommerce experience (preferred experience with Amazon)

  • University degree in Business or similar field

Your advantage:

  • Proven analytical and strategic experience with the ability to embrace the challenge of increasing eCommerce revenue

  • Strong quantitative ability and comfort with data driven decision processes

  • Experience with finance notions of P&L, budgeting process, & cost estimating

  • Experience with managing and optimizing online marketing tactics with an emphasis on efficient spending to generate high ROI

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across lines of business

  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to learn, understand, converse and influence around key business issues

  • Respected and trusted leader with a proven track record of achievement.
