Quelles sont nos attentes ?

Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous aurez à collaborer au développement, l’intégration et le maintien de solutions technologiques en automatisation et en transformation numérique appliquées au secteur manufacturier. Collaboration étroite avec la production et l’ensemble des services en lien avec les opérations manufacturières tels que la maintenance, le groupe des technologies numériques, de la qualité et de la planification. Vous serez responsable de la gestion de projets et de la coordination avec des équipes multidisciplinaires incluant des partenaires externes. Le candidat jouera un rôle important dans la transformation numérique manufacturière. Par exemple, il aura à faire des démonstrations de valeur en lien avec les concepts de l’industrie 4.0. Il contribuera à atteindre les objectifs d’affaires en mettant en œuvre des solutions innovantes qui améliorent l’efficacité, la productivité et la qualité des processus de fabrication de l’industrie aéronautique.

• Être présent sur site principalement avec du travail de la maison occasionnel

• Participer directement à la mise-en-place de la transformation numérique de nos pratiques manufacturières en prenant part aux initiatives suivantes:

• Numérisation de la définition des pièces de moteurs, les informations sur la fabrication des produits (PMI) et leur utilisation dans des applications de fabrication utilisées pour la planification et de la programmation (CNC et CMM)

• Développement d'applications ou d'algorithmes permettant d'analyser, transférer ou transformer des données relatives à la définition, ou une méthode manufacturière afin d'automatiser ou augmenter l'efficacité des tâches qui y sont reliées

  Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

• Baccalauréat en ingénierie

• Minimum de 4 ans d’expérience en ingénierie ou en fabrication

• Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (suite Office, Gantt, Jira, autre outil Agile)

• Habile communicateur qui aime travailler en équipe

• Grand sens du leadership, initiative et autonomie

• Une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise, à l’écrit et à l’oral, est requise pour ce poste compte tenu des besoins opérationnels de l’Employeur et des personnes avec lesquelles le [candidat] sera appelé à interagir.

• Connaissance du logiciel CATIA V5 ou CATIA V6.

• Connaissance d’un ou plusieurs des concepts de programmation (VBA, C#, HTML, python, SQL).

• Expérience reliée à la conception mécanique (modèle 3D, GD&T).

• Expérience reliée à la fabrication et l’inspection de pièces.

• Expérience reliée à la robotique et l’automatisation (PLC, HMI et SCADA).

What our expectations are?

As part of this position, you will have to collaborate in the development, integration, and maintenance of technological solutions in automation and digital transformation applied to the manufacturing sector. Close collaboration with production and all services related to manufacturing operations, such as maintenance, the digital technology group, quality, and planning. You will be responsible for project management and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, including external partners. Will contribute to achieving business objectives by implementing innovative solutions that improve the efficiency, productivity, and quality of manufacturing processes in the aerospace industry. The candidate will play an important role in our manufacturing digital transformation. For example, he will have to demonstrate value in relation to the concepts of Industry 4.0.

What your day to day will look like?

• Manage medium- to large-scale projects. You will have to ensure compliance with mandates within reasonable timeframes and the allocated budget.

• Stimulate teamwork and business results by being an effective and engaging communicator.

• Your role requires an on-site presence, mainly combined with occasional work from home.

• Directly participate in the implementation of the digital transformation of our manufacturing practices by taking part in the following initiatives:

• Digitization of engine parts definition, product manufacturing information (PMI), and their use in manufacturing applications used for planning and programming (CNC and CMM).

• Development of applications or algorithms allowing the analysis, transfer, or transformation of data relating to the definition or a manufacturing method in order to automate or increase the efficiency of related tasks.

  The tools you need to be successful

• Bachelor in Engineering

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in engineering or manufacturing

• Good command of IT tools (Office suite, Gantt, Jira, other Agile tool)

• Skilled communicator who enjoys working in a team

• Great sense of leadership, initiative, and autonomy

• Good knowledge of the English language, written and oral, is required for this position considering the operational needs of the Employer and the people with whom the [candidate] will be called upon to interact.

• Knowledge of CATIA V5 or CATIA V6 software.
