Robert Half Contracts Administrator in Louisville, Colorado

Description

We are seeking a Contracts Administrator based in LOUISVILLE, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking contracts, ensuring compliance, and handling customer service inquiries. You will also have the opportunity to use your experience with Apttus Software, Salesforce, and Cl Programming to enhance the efficiency of our contracts administration processes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and tracking a high volume of quotes and contracts

• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, including DCAA requirements

• Using Apttus CPQ and Salesforce to streamline contract administration processes

• Utilizing Costpoint and Deltek systems for contract management

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving inquiries about contracts

• Leveraging CRM systems to maintain customer relationships and manage contract data

• Applying knowledge of construction contracts to manage relevant agreements

• Ensuring accurate billing functions related to contracts

• Using 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and contract management

• Applying expertise in SaaS environments in contract management processes

Requirements • Minimum of three years experience in a Contracts Administrator role or similar in the Hi Tech Engineering industry.

• Proficient in Cl Programming, Costpoint, CRM, DCAA, Deltek, and About Time.

• Experience with Billing Functions, Compliance, Construction, and Customer Service is required.

• Familiarity with SaaS and Apttus Software is a plus.

• Strong understanding of contract law and its application in the purchasing process.

• Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

• Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work well within a team and independently.

• Must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or related field is preferred.
