JOB OVERVIEW

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Project Manager will work with the Vice President, TA to streamline and develop consistent processes, create best practices, and ensure technological operational excellence for the TA Team. This role is instrumental in driving the full cycle recruitment processes, agency excellence, and TA best practices from inception to onboard.

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Strategy & Leadership

• Manage vendor relationships and optimize MSP and system, ATS, CRM, and support other 3rd party vendors to drive tools, trainings, and strategic value for the business.

• Lead and drive the team member social strategy, referral strategy and Amplify Platform for Sunrise Senior Living Referrals Initiative across the communities’ team members.

• Lead the ongoing relationships with our agency partners and communities while streamlining and auditing the contracts.

• Provide direction and daily support for our agency partners and ensure quarterly business reviews and goals are established and results reported timely and accurately.

• Lead, guide, and mentor TA’s Operations Assistant.

• Partner with VP TA and TA team in building and managing new strategic go to market strategies including, but not limited to, College and High School Recruitment initiatives, Community Initiatives, and internal partnership with, “In-Training” program.

• Commit to and understand the sense of urgency associated with the talent sourcing process.

• Work with the VP TA and TA to analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.

• Play a key role in building training templates, implementing, and introducing new technology to the TA team.

• Guide improvements on techniques to build talent pipelines throughout all tools and venues.

Operational Excellence In Service Delivery

• Partner with HRIS team to ensure the delivery of high quality Applicant and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) best practices from requisition creation to pre-hire and onboarding.

• Act as the TA business owner of our ATS (iCIMS) through evaluating systems-related efficiencies, compliance and ease of hire, applicant experience, reports, and make recommendations to ensure better application and user experience.

• Mange and improve operational processes to drive Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

• Manage the Service Now Platform to answer team members inquiries regarding the ATS.

• Work with VP TA on ongoing TA reporting and analytics to showcase market insight and metrics.

• Work with VP TA to ensure training is delivered and drive TA projects forward in a scalable and phased approach in a decentralized staffing organization.

• May hire, train, and lead supplemental/contract staff as needed for varying projects.

• Maintains compliance in assigned required training and all training required by state/province or other regulating authorities as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field, and 5 or more years of TA Project Management and Technology experience, or equivalent relevant work experience, e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.

• Comprehensive knowledge of talent acquisition concepts and principles including experience developing talent pipelines for communities in a large national or global corporation.

• Demonstrated management use of an Applicant Tracking System (preferably iCIMS).

• Excellent project management skills.

• Ability to lead a team in completion of complex tasks.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Expertise using a variety of sourcing tools, processes & techniques.

• Ability to administer established policies and procedures but may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change.

• Ability to work as part of a team, manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.

Selected candidates will be offered competitive compensation based on geographic location of community/office, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable).
