Amazon Partner Dev Spec, Data/GenAI, LATAM Industry Partners Solutions Team in Mexico City, Mexico

Description

As a Partner Development Specialist (PDS) for Data and GenAI, this individual will deliver on our strategy to accelerate AWS adoption, reference cases, and business growth within Data and GenAI practices per industry/vertical of strategic GSI/SI consulting partners, focusing primarily on Mexico market.

Key job responsibilities

· Working with cross functional partner and AWS teams, build and drive analytics business plans which serve as blueprints for a partner’s growth;

· Understand Partner´s strategy and help build and drive go to market initiatives to support differentiation, customer wins, and market success;

· Drive partner pipeline and customer wins through focused sales plays, GTMs, and campaigns;

· Work with technical and sales teams on both sides to identify, develop, and launch value add solutions/offerings which showcase partners capabilities and AWS technologies;

· Drive enablement plans for partners in support of business needs;

· Prepare and deliver business reviews to AWS and partner senior leaders including business metrics, goal achievements, and overall health of business;

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
